I love houses. I  bought my first house when I was 20. I didn't know a thing about real estate, and my agent wasn't much help. He said "sign here". I signed and bought a house. He could have saved me a pile of money if he told me there was 20 other houses just like it on the market for less. They were going to put a freeway through and changed their mind (California).
